The Boogeyman nebula (LDN 1622):

A blend of 1.75 hrs of RGB & SHO data taken with a Sky-Watcher 80 Esprit with attached field flattener using an ASI 533MM Pro camera. This cloud of dark nebula lies in Orion and sits on top of a faint area of hydrogen gas close to the 4th magnitude star 56 Orionid. Data were integrated in Pixinsight as separate RGB and SHO images, which then had the stars removed using StarXterminator, with the resultant starless images blended together and the stars from the RGB image reduced and then replaced.
