A 35% waxing, crescent Moon and M37

A Pentax K-x DSLR was placed at the prime focus of an f/10, 127mm Maksutov. 12 images of the 35% waxing crescent Moon were captured at ISO 800 and 1/200s in RAW format. The individual frames were colour-balanced and re-sized before stacking. Click on an image to get a larger view.
