SH2-135 in just sulphur and and hydrogen

Sometimes less is more!

I took a critical look at my recent data on this nebula and ran NSG (Normalize Scale Gradient) in Pixinsight on each of my SHO (Sulphur/Hydrogen/Oxygen) channels to weed out the worst files that may have been affected by high cloud etc. When I looked at the three separate channels after running through NSG, I found that all of the signal was in the S and the H and that the O channel was mostly blank. By combining the O channel as an SHO image, I was therefore effectively just adding noise. I decided to therefore ignore the O channel completely and combine just the S and H channels as SHH and HSS palettes and then blended both of them together. This produced much cleaner images, proving that less can indeed be more (more or less!)
