LBN 863 (Lowers nebula): On the evening of the 9th April I was able to image an hour of narrowband data on this nebula in Orion before clouds rolled in, with 30 mins of Hydrogen and 30 minutes of Oxygen taken using an ASI 533MM Pro camera attached to a Sky Watcher Esprit 80 triplet refractor fitted with a field flattener. The data were stacked in Pixinsight and rendered as an HOO blend. These data were then combined with some 3.3 hours of LRGB data that I took using the same camera, but with an Altair 60 EDF doublet refractor back in January 2024 to produce a 4.3 hr combined LRGB/HOO integration which I star aligned and processed in Pixinsight and Adobe Lightroom.
