Image of M42/43 the Orion nebula and the Running man nebula taken with a Canon 1300D DSLR camera. The camera was attached to an 80mm ED APO skywatcher refractor telescope with a field flattener. The telescope was mounted on an EQ5 Skywatcher GOTO mount. Settings were 50s exposure and 800ISO I captured 115 images, 25 dark frames, 25 flat frames and 40 dark flat frames. All were stacked in DSS and processed in GraXpert and StarNet++ and finished off in gimp 2.10. I used an intervalometer to control the camera and a Bahtinov mask to focus on a bright star.
