A Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ72 bridge camera fitted with an ICE ND100000 solar filter and mounted on a static tripod was used to capture batches of images of the partially eclipsed Sun through moving, high clouds, in gaps between thick clouds.
A batch of 8 images was captured at an early stage of the eclipse and a batch of 15 images were captured at maximum eclipse. The separate batches of images were registered and precisely cropped in AstroCrop, stacked in Siril and further processed in Gimp.
