A William Optics 90 mm Megrez doublet refractor was used to image M57 (The Ring nebula) and the centre of NGC7000 (the North American nebula) using an ASI 533 MM Pro camera and filter wheel set. Some 45 minutes of RGB data of M57 were taken using 30s subs which were integrated and processed in Pixinsight and Adobe 2024. NGC7000 comprised an hour of RGB and a further hour of SHO data using 5 minute subs. Data were again integrated and processed in Pixinsight with the RGB and SHO data sets processed separately and then blended together to produce a combined RGB/SHO image comprising 2 hours total exposure.
