After denoising and removing the stars, I split the colour image to rgb and discarded the blue channel as that was the weakest. I then added 60% of the red and 40% of the green using pixelmath in Pixinsight, then recombined the three monochrome images as LRGB using the red channel for luminance and red, the green channel as the blue and the pixelmath channel as the green.
Curves used to boost the blue and generally tweak the overall colour, colour calibration to sort the background out and sncr to remove excess green. Stars reduced in size and saturated slightly before adding them back in using pixelmath again.
Lots more nebulosity showing in the new image which is a version of the Hubble Palette.
